Noodle basket Ø20 cm — boil and lift out
The idea is as simple as it is good: set the basket down in the pot, cook your noodles or vegetables, and lift the basket out again. You never pour a pot of boiling water over a sieve in the sink — and you keep the cooking water if you need it for the next batch or for the sauce.
The largest in the series, with room for pasta and vegetables for several. Formed in one seamless piece of 18-8 stainless steel.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
